Refund and Replacement Policies

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving yours.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Once the item is received, it cannot be returned. We can only offer replacements at no additional cost if it meets the following criteria:
Defective items (damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival).
Packages lost in transit.

We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note: Golden Udyat is not responsible for any lost or misplaced packages. Please ensure all information provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid loss in the mail or other misshaps.

Cancellations

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, you will receive a partial refund, as we have already started the shipping process. Be sure to read our descriptions and processing times carefully.

How can I track my package?

You can check the status of your order at any time by visiting the following link: www.usps.com. You can also contact customer service at support@goldenudyat.com with any questions.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7 to 18 business days in the United States, depending on how quickly customs clearance is processed and whether we have multiple warehouses overseas. We do not ship to home addresses. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check the status of your order. We will be happy to assist you.
