REFOUND POLICY
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving yours.
Our store does not accept returns or exchanges. Once the item is received, it cannot be returned. We can only offer replacements at no additional cost if it meets the following criteria:
Defective items (damaged, broken upon arrival). Packages in transit.
Note: Golden Udyat is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. Please ensure all information provided is correct before placing your order to avoid loss in the mail or other incidents.
Eligibility for Refunds
● You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
● Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same
condition as received.
● Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Refundable Items
● Gift cards, downloadable products, or digital files
● Opened hygiene-related products (cosmetics, undergarments, etc.)
● Personalized or custom-made items
Refund Process
1. Email support@goldenudyat.com with subject “Refund
Request – [Order #]”.
2. Provide details and attach photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
3. Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
After We Receive Your Item
We'll inspect it within 3–5 business days.
● If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
within 5–10 business days.
● If denied, we'll contact you with an explanation and options (eg, partial
refund or exchange).

PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER:
Golden Udyat is not responsible for packages returned to sender.
Customers are advised to enter the correct addresses carefully, otherwise, the package will not be delivered.
Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repackage, relabel, and reship it. However, please note that this incurs an additional cost. The processing and shipping cost is typically half of the total order. Therefore, please be careful with the information you provide. If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately so we can correct the error.

Timeframe
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. After this period, returns may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
● Items must be new and unused.
● Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
● Returns without prior authorization (RMA) may be delayed or refused.
Return Authorization

We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Processing
Once received, we will inspect the item and issue your refund or exchange. This usually takes 5 to 7 business days. Example:
If you ordered the wrong size, please email us your order number. Once approved, please return the item in perfect condition and we will process an exchange or refund.
Cancellation Policy
